Daily Devotional and Weekly Group Sessions
The season of Advent, along with the thoughtful writings and questions in this devotional, provides us with the opportunity to slow down so we can make counter-cultural choices, choices that will help prepare us for the true meaning of Christmas.
The Daily Devotional is available to all to follow and those who wish can join the group discussion on Sunday afternoons.
We are especially honored to include the voices and deep reflections of six featured writers. These voices represent diverse backgrounds, yet all come together to reflect upon the theme of this year’s devotional: Practicing Hope With All Your Heart, Soul, Strength, and Mind.
Each Sunday at a group zoom meeting we invite you to engage more deeply with a theme for the week related to practicing hope. The theme for week one is Hope Is a Decision; week two is Being a Messenger of Hope; week three is The Power of Hope; and week four of Advent is Grounding Our Hope in God.
